For same day delivery, Monday to Friday, orders need to be placed by 2.00pm and 9.30am for Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays except for Mothers Day Sunday or if Valentines Day falls on a Sunday.

If you make an error in choosing your delivery area at the checkout, which results in your delivery area being rural and incurring additional rural delivery charges, we will make up the additional cost by reducing the size of the flowers by the amount of the additional delivery charge.

Substitution Policy:
Due to the seasonal nature of some flowers, if a flower pictured is unavailable it will be replaced with a flower of equal value and beauty.
Cancellations/Returns/refunds Policy:
We cannot offer a returns/refunds policy as flowers are a perishable item. As flowers are perishable, once an order has been made you cannot cancel it unless you have contacted us to cancel within 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Where an error has been made by us with your order, we will endeavour to rectify the situation. Please notify us immediately if your delivery has not arrived. If no one is at home when our courier calls the flowers will be left in a safe location at the address given. Albany Florist is not responsible if the flowers are damaged or lost once left by our courier.

Looking after your Flowers
On receipt of your flowers, please re-cut the stems on an angle and place in fresh water. Refresh water every couple of days. Place flowers in your room away from direct sunlight or direct heat source and away from ripening fruit.
